Dental Implants

The implant process

After a consult, we will construct a treatment plan, which will address your specific needs. But let's go over the actual placing of the implants.

The implants look like screws, and once placed, we will give them anywhere between two and six months to bond with your jawbone to form an anchor for the replacement tooth/teeth. We will provide temporary teeth to cover the anchors during the healing period.

In step-two, "abutments" will be installed to complete the foundation for your new tooth/teeth. The healing period for this stage is a couple of weeks.

The last step is the installment of your new tooth/teeth. There is also a two-step process, but it is not always ideal.
